The event will be held at the Union County Performing Arts Center. (UCPAC), 1601 Irving St, Rahway, NJ 07065

Please drop off your student by 12:00 PM to ensure they have enough time to get ready for the ceremony and lineup.

Students must be present to receive their awards and be part of this memorable celebration! 

Join us for a special Trophy & Certificate Ceremony, where students will be honored for their hard work and achievements with a group photo to capture the moment! 🎉🏆📸

⏳ Arrival: All participants must arrive by 12:00 PM to line up for the ceremony.

The event will begin at 1:00 PM.

No, there is no ticket fee for participants!

Participants do not require a ticket, but their family and guests will need to purchase tickets.

🚫 No tickets will be sold at the door.

✅ Please bring a printed copy of your ticket or have the barcode ready on your phone for scanning. This is required to collect your wristband at the door.

⚠️ Union County Theater security will not allow entry without a valid barcode.

Yes, there will be a $12 costume charge applied to your Shivaay account.

No, you don’t have to pay for accessories and props!

The theatre offers a selection of snacks and beverages, including chips, candy, pretzels, water, soda, and more.

🔹 For Participants: Please pack small, non-messy snacks and a water bottle in your backpack in case you get hungry.
🔹 Backstage: We will have water available, but it’s easiest for participants to drink from their own bottles.
